How do we
do it?

We work with major EMR solutions provider to enable seamless scheduling of reminders. Once the reminder is scheduled we inform (Call/Text/Email) the patient and find out if they are coming for the appointment, want to cancel the appointment or they want to re-schedule. This information is then updated on your EMR calendar

Based on your specific needs we can customize the workflow to send emails or transfer calls to your front desk for re-scheduling / cancelation.
